There are no shortcuts, but I will guide you through the most effective, efficient method to reach your goals.  Utilizing the SMART approach, you will experience an improved physique in only 2 weeks; significant improvement within 6 weeks, and a total-body transformation in only 12 weeks.  

Specific  We identify the specifics of your current reality, obstacles, issues, and your ultimate goal. We meet on a specific day & time to work through your exercises, the necessary behavior changes i.e., what you eat, when you eat, foods to incorporate into your diet and foods to avoid. I provide you with, and walk you through, a tried-and-true diet menu designed to reduce inflammation, reduce body fat and improved heart health.

Measurable We measure your daily and weekly activities and progress. This feedback helps you to maintain focus and increases your motivation.

Action-oriented We commit to your workout schedule.  Ideally, a minimum of 2 sessions per week.  Your workouts consist of a 5-10 minute warm-up, followed by a variety of resistance, and balance exercises depending on your fitness level and goals.  The type of routine keeps your blood flowing through out your body, increases your joint range of motion which improves balance and eliminates typical aches and pains.  We end with 10-15 minutes of cool down stretches.  

Realistic We aim up. Choosing small, specific, realistic goals that help you stay focused and result in satisfying achievements.

Time-centered We establish, and strive for those stepping stones to your ultimate goal and adjust your program as necessary to ensure continued progress until you have unveiled your best self.
